周师傅师承吴华森，吴华森师傅又是叶问高徒梁相的徒弟。
周忠国，香港人，一直在学习和教学咏春拳，已有40多年的武术经验。作为“Integrative Wing Chun”的创始人，主要在纽约以及其他地区教学，他还周游世界，以推广他的“Integrative Wing Chun”。“Integrative Wing Chun”吸取李小龙 "take what's useful"的理念，将强大的咏春近距离战斗技术扩展到其他作战范围。包括站立技术、长距离、近距离、擒摔和地面技。周忠国师傅开发的“Integrative Wing Chun”是一个全方位的作战体系。
