【教练简介】
杰夫 梅威瑟 10岁 开始学习拳击，多次参加金手套排名赛（美国职业拳击的年度赛事），在1988年转为职业选手后，杰夫获得拳击职业身涯32场胜-5负-10KO的骄人战绩。他的樶高成就是1994年获取世界拳击组织超次轻量级拳击冠军！并连续卫冕两次！至1997年退役后，梅威瑟在拉斯维加斯、内华达州做职业拳击教练训练出多位世界冠军选手！
杰夫是梅威瑟拳击世家的猛将之一。他的哥哥弗洛伊德 梅威瑟（老梅威瑟）是前次中量级拳击冠军！他的另一个兄弟罗杰 梅威瑟获得美国两大拳击组织双料冠军。 而他的侄子，弗洛伊德 梅威瑟（小梅威瑟），现役运动员，青出于蓝胜于蓝，目前已获得5个级别的拳王金腰带！ 1996年，在亚特兰大奥运会上，梅威瑟代表美国队获得了一枚羽量级铜牌，同年转入职业拳坛。 2005年，梅威瑟被评为年度樶佳拳手。2007年5月，他战胜了拳坛金童奥斯卡·德拉·霍亚，12月梅威瑟又击倒了此前保持不败战绩的英国的白面杀手里奇·哈顿，2007年又再次被评为年度樶佳拳手。2015年，以点数完胜“亚洲驱逐舰”菲律宾拳王帕奎奥，将自己的战绩提升至48场不败。
2015年9月13日，梅威瑟在拉斯维加斯击败前次中量级拳王安德鲁·贝托，追平传奇重量级拳手洛奇·马西亚诺生涯49胜0负的纪录。 
生涯数据 1996年前，梅威瑟在转入职业拳击赛场之前的业余战绩为：84胜6负； 1996年，弗洛伊德·梅威瑟开始转战职业拳击赛场，职业战绩为：胜49场（26场KO取胜）+负0场（0次KO负）+平0场=49场比赛 截止 2015年九月 共战375局，KO率为54%！
